Employees stole, high percentage of defects were produced, it was lack of material during the peak loads. After thoroughly examining the processes we organized the accounting with two basic modules.  The modules “Warehouse” is intended for recording and documentation of all incoming material, and the module “Cancellation” – for material consumption on certain needs.

Statistics collection and display

Absence of statistics made the procurement planning in typography ineffective and the material consumption was clearly unnecessary. Statistics module allowed to monitor the material expenditure to plan the procurement effectively. Furthermore, real-time monitoring of waste revealed the workers who was responsible for defective product.

Automatic processing of large payment voucher flow

Errors while processing of payment vouchers are expensive. So there several protection mechanisms in CRM “Payment Orders” for “Client bank” system. After automatic recognition payment details are subject to form-logical checking. The operator can check them manually at any moment. After the posting of payment the copy of the documents is stored in the archive for several months.
